Join Us- delete the NPrinting user account profile from the NPrinting server (not the user account itself just the user account profile)
- log on again with the NPrinting user account to the NPrinting server or NP engine computer. This results in the NP service account profile being rebuilt.
- Open the QV desktop and license it again with the desktop license that you have or doing file>open in server to reclaim the manually assigned QV user CAL from a PRODUCTION QlikView server
