The name tabs for QlikView documents (.qvw) are displayed in lower case only when opened through the AccessPoint, even if the files on disk have upper case letters.
Even if the file contains upper cases...

This behaviour is only present since QlikView 12 SR4, and it might produce inconsistencies in monitoring tools or apps that analyze logs that contain also data from previous versions of QlikView, generating split results.
On a side note, if using a direct link that contains capital letters, those won't be lowered when opening the app: only Access Point links are affected by this change.
