This article describes how to resolve recipient output that has become suddenly very large and or invalid.
Recipient filters source data with respect to the dimension value used have been changed thus resulting in mismatched data or large data sets in the report output if the recipient dimension values no longer reflect the source data.
For example, a customer id field changes by one or more numbers so that when that number is searched for in the dimension value list, it no longer appears in the list.

Issue is resolved by remapping the broken/missing dimension values contained in the source QVW data model for each NPrinting Recipient with their respective recipient dimension value filters.
If you do not see the matching value, then you need to determine what the new correct dimension value for the recipient should be. Search for it in the LEVEL 1 CODE dimension field. Once found, select the value and click OK to complete remapping to the correct dimension value
