Pivot table is sorted accurately over primary dimension, but the sorting over secondary dimension is not as expected.
For example as in example below where second dimension is sorted by the same expression as the chart expression.
The expected result is that second dimension is sorted by the expression result.
Notice, the above expected result is a fake image. This chart can not be generated in QlikView, as described below. Environment

The sort order by expression is calculated over the referred dimension. In this example the expression result over the second dimension shows what sort order to expect.
In a pivot table the values in a dimension are naturally grouped over the previous dimension. For most intuitive end-user experience the values are sorted in identical order in each group. For this reason the example in this case gets sort order a-c-b for the second dimension, which leads to the sort not appearing to follow the expression results.
An expected result where the grouped value have different sort order can not be accomplished with the native pivot table object.
