When running a point map as per image below.
When select a single point in the map, and then click on the navigation arrow to move to the next sheet, and then click on the navigation arrow to move back, the map no longer displays correctly. It shows the full world map in a repeated format (see final image below).
This is WAD behavior.
Qlik Sense does not keep the map zoom level when switching between sheets. For multiple data points the zoom level is determined by the distance between the data points.
For a single data point the zoom level can not be decided in an easy manner. The current solution is to revert to a full map. There are some different methods of design to calculate/handle the zoom level after selection made in map. But they are all have Pro & Con's for different types of background map.
We know this is not look good at the moment, this will be improve in the further if we find long term solution.
But also some consideration regarding this:
1. The value kept on the map is correct
2. In real business situation, will be more selections made than a single point
