A simple reduction creates ONE document, i.e. all data NOT included in the selection will be removed.
This option is only available if the Reduce by Field Value option is chosen.
To create a simple reduce
1. Go to Reduce tab and click Open Document
-button to retreive the Fields and Values available in the document:
2. Select the Fields and values for the reduction:
3. Press Apply
4. The setup will result in one Reduced Document containing the values set in the reduction:
Note: On Reduce Document Name
you can change the name of the reduced document.
