QlikView Server does not allow all documents to be loadedArticle Number: 000002608 | Last Modified: 2019/10/31
The check box of "Allow this document to be loaded by the QlikView Server" is grayed out. This is occurring even though you have fewer documents displaying in AccessPoint than your limit.
Confirm that the license stored in the server is displaying the correct number of documents before proceeding.
QlikView all versions
1. Stop the Qlikview Server Service
2. Go to C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer
3. Delete FDL.dat
4. Reboot the server
This will clear ALL the documents out of the list allowed for AccessPoint. You can then go back into the QMC and select the QVWs to display.
