Nprinting: using deleterow function

In Nprinting, deleterow function is used to remove a blank row between data you pull in from a qlik application. It can typically be used to remove blank spaces between data and totals.
Resolution:
From below settings, the result shows 3 empty rows on the top of the straight table and 2 empty rows between the last line of data and a total sum.
Result of above settings: 3 blank lines on top of the table and 2 blank before the total
Adding "deleterow" in the column A (as shown below), removes some empty rows on the top of the straight table and between the last line of data and a total sum.
As result, only one empty line is displayed.

why wouldn't you just bring out Product Name to cell C2 instead of C4 if you only wanted 1 blank line?
I don't really understand why deleterow would be needed
