I have subscribed to Qlik Sense Business but I am not receiving the invoices sent out by Qlik via email every month.
Resolution:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Make sure to white-list the email address SubscriptionOrders@qlik.com
- Check with your internal IT team to verify if SubscriptionOrders@qlik.com is blocked by your internal mail server.
- Once the verification steps above are completed, please report the issue by logging a case on the Support Portal if you are still not receiving the invoices via email. See How to create a case
