Cannot get a bearer token issued in QLikView for connection to Qlik Cloud

But can't generate token from Qlikview

2. error log shows:

1. Delete the QVcloud certificate
using mmc.exe (Certificates/Computer Account/Local Computer -> Trusted Root Certification Authorities/Certificates) then delete the QVcloud certificate
2. Restart the Qlik QMS service
3. Then try to get a bearer token
