The error is caused by a configuration mismatch in Azure. Review the following documentation for the correct settings:
In particular, the Owner role is not enough for this to work. The Storage Blob Data Owner and Storage Blob Data Reader roles must also be present.

Please bear in mind that when assigning roles in azure it might take some time (5 min approx) to deploy those changes and during this time gap, the error "AuthorizationPermissionMismatch Error 403" might still be appearing.
