When reviewing the NPrinting Engine/Scheduler logs, the following error is found
ERROR Unable to read data from the transport connection
The symptoms related to this error are as follows:
- NP Reports may be sent without attached files
- Reports delivery fails for some recipients
- Some Publish tasks fail intermittently
Environments affected:
Issue discovered in NPrinting June 2020 IR and may also apply to earlier versions
Resolution
To resolve, please upgrade to NPrinting June 2020 SR 1 or later versoins (see attached release notes).
This is a known defect (OP-9407).
