URLs in straight tables are invalid because they get encoded with an extra equal sign

The URL representation of a link to a SSRS report is invalid. This is caused by an automatic insert of an equal sign '=' after the first parameter after the question-mark in an URL. This first parameter is not following the key-value convention.
E.g.:
http://ServerName:8o/ReportServer/Test/ReportViewer.aspx?*%2FTT%2FSettdSagEls&rs*:Command=Tester
becomes
http://ServerName:8o/ReportServer/Test/ReportViewer.aspx?*%2FTT%2FSettdSagEls=&rs*:Command=Tester

Cause
This problem is due to a software defect (QB-1519).
Resolution
The Problem is fixed in the following versions:
- Qlik Sense February 2020 Patch 5 and higher patches
- Qlik Sense April 2020 Patch 3 and higher patches
- Qlik Sense September 2020 and later releases
The fix is not included on the Qlik Sense June 2020 branch.
