NPrinting API: Is it possible get error messages about why a task failed ?

Is it possible get error messages about why a task failed with the NPrinting API ?
Such as what is displayed in the task executions individual task view in the NPrinting Web Console ?

• NPrinting Server June 2018 and later

Although there isn't a public API to start an import task in prior releases, it is possible to do it using the extracted private API as seen below. Please do keep In mind that, as this is a private API, it is not guaranteed to stay the same and must be rechecked/tested with each upgrade of NPrinting server.

Here are the endpoints that can be used:

In the JSON response you can find the list of logs in the taskExecutionLogs propertyOr:

 

https://{hostname}:4993/npe/executions/{executionId}/logs/download

To download the logs as file. It could be usefult to implement a download button like the one we have in the task execution page
