Qlik Sense published App sheets no longer showing after upgrade

After a Qlik Sense system upgrade, such as to Qlik Sense February 2020, sheets in published Apps do not show any more.
Environment:
QlikSense potentially any version
Microsoft IIS utilized as a third party proxy or webserver in the environment.
Cause
Example Cause: A new NodeJS Version was used by Qlik Sense but old data was cached.
Resolution
If Microsoft IIS is used in the environment, the "Application Request Routing Cache" in IIS may need to be emptied.
It may have cashed old data which is no longer valid in the new version of Qlik Sense.
