Difference between "Set selections as app default" and “Set as default bookmark” options in Qlik Sense

User is using Qlik Sense November 2018 and wants a default sheet as the landing page of an app.
Scenario:
1. Create an app.
2. Load the data and create few sheets in the dashboard
3. Create bookmark.
4. "Set selections as app default" to the created bookmark.
5. Publish the app in stream.
Expectation is once user opens the app dashboard he/she must see default bookmarked sheet, instead of all sheet view page.

"Set selections as app default" option in Qlik Sense November 2018 , doesn't apply default sheet as the landing page of an app. It only applies the selection state of the default bookmark.

• Qlik Sense November 2018 has "Set selections as app default" option and it's available till June 2019 Qlik Sense version -
Using this option you can choose only the default selections of your app, by setting a default bookmark . When you open the app, only the selection state of the default bookmark is applied.

• Qlik Sense September 2019 onwards “Set as default bookmark” option was introduced .
Using this option you can choose the default sheet as the landing page of your app, by setting a default bookmark. When you open the app, the layout state and the selection state of the default bookmark, both are applied.
Note: In previous versions of Qlik Sense, the default bookmark would only apply the selection state of the bookmark.

So, to avail this functionality of ‘choosing a default sheet as the landing page of the app’, please upgrade Qlik Sense to September 2019 version from November 2018.
