NPrinting diminished execution time with QVP connection versus local NPrinting Connections

Issue Description:

• NPrinting has slower execution time with QVP connection versus local connection

Environments Discovered:

• NPrinting September 2020 and earlier versions
• QlikView: 12.4 Track and Lower Versions

Resolution:

• Upgrade to the most recent version of NPrinting to leverage all defect fixes and performance enhancements

Workaround:

• Open QlikView desktop in NPrinting server
• Go to Settings - Document properties - Server
• Uncheck "Enable Push from Server"

These settings effectively enable "Pull" of data from QlikView server and disables "Push" of data from QlikView server
