Hello Troy,

and how can I find out if the license has updated itself via the web and I do not run the risk that the server deactivates itself after 60 offline days?

I have exactly currently the issue and do not get the automatic refresh despite security system etc. in the handle and the license shows me unfortunately also no expiration date more.

Can you support me here briefly?

Could you clarify what you mean? What sort of update are you wanting to verify? Additions to the license? License checks against the license server?

I am making the assumption that you are trying to make sure the license server can be contacted and am looking into finding an answer from an SME for you.

It was recommended that you monitor the printing_license.log for possible issues. It will log should there be problems connecting with the backend.

Yes exactly, the question was related to how I can determine that the server is successfully communicating against the license server.

Then I will take a closer look at the log file (printing_license.log).
