Unable To Update QIB License After Upgraded To November 2019

After upgrading QIB from September 2019 to November 2019, Qlik Sense license has been subscribed with Qlik Insight Bot. But Insight Bot's license could not get updated. It always gives the error "You do not have a license for this function. Please contact Qlik Sales for more information.".
In Insight Bot's log, below are errors:

This is fixed in Qlik Insight Bot February 2020. The steps are:
1. Upgrade QIB to February 2020
2. Under QMC, apply Qlik Sense license
3. Restart Qlik Sense services
4. Under QMC, export Qlik Sense certificate
5. On QIB application, under menu "Qlik", import Qlik Sense client certificate
6. Update QIB license.
