Prevent Qlik Sense admins from creating Folder Data Connections

Can Qlik Sense administrators be prevented from creating Folder Data Connections?

Environment:

Qlik Sense, any

By disabling the Create option for the rule "FolderDataConnection", administrators won't be able to create folder connections.

RootAdmins will have, of course, at any time the chance to re-enable the Create option in the QMC, and that cannot be prevented.

However, any change to the rule will be logged in the Repository --> Trace --> Audit_Repository logs, if logging level is not set to Off.
