Re-generate NPrinting 19 certificates if NPrinting Scheduler does not start.

NPrinting 19 scheduler service does not start automatically or stops after few minuted it is restarted. Navigating on NPrinting web interface to create connection is not possible.
The Scheduler logs show this error message:
FATAL S599-R-QLIKNP 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 Unable to start Scheduler service. Environment:
- NPrinting 2019 September release and higher
Cause
The problem is due to a missmatch in the NPrinting certificates. The command in "Resolution" forces the creation of new certificates.
Resolution
Please, follow these instruction to fix the problem:
1. Stop the NPrinting services
2. Open s CMD as an administrator and run this command:
"%ProgramFiles%\NPrintingServer\NPrinting\RabbitMQCertificatesGenerator\RabbitMQCertificatesGenerator.exe" -f -c "%ProgramData%\NPrinting\certificates" -p "%ProgramFiles%\NPrintingServer\rabbitmq_server-3.7.10" -e "%ProgramFiles%\erl10.0"
Notice that the rabbit version in folder "rabbitmq_server-3.7.10" may change with the version of NPrinting. Check this and enter the correct path in the command.
3. Collect any error message if shown and attach it to the case.
4. Restart the NPrinting services.
5. If the problem persists, uninstall NPrinting Engine and install it again.
