NPrinting 19: Content not updated even after a metadata reload

Changes in the QVW are not recognized after a metadata reload: it is necessary to restart the engine service to have the changes loaded in NPrinting. The problem occurs with NPrinting 19 November release.
This happens in the following cases:
- Use of connections that have a username/password set as the identity
- Connections where "use section access for report generation" is enabled.
Environment:
- NPrinting 2019 November release
Cause
The problem is due to a software defect in the NPrinting 2019 November release (OP-9079).
Resolution
The problem is fixed in NPrinting 2020 February and higher releases. An upgrade is necessary.
