Qlik Sense Business: How to disable user(s)

This article describes the steps how to disable user(s) in Qlik Sense Business Management Console.

Environment:

Qlik Sense Business

1. In Qlik Management Console in Qlik Sense Business, go to User allocation > Overview > Allocations - check the number (Example below: Allocations = 2) 
2. In order to disable user(s), go to Users > Click the ellipses menu button > Select Disable 
3. Click Confirm
4. Go back to User allocation > Overview > Allocations - check the number if it has changed. (Example below: it has changed from 2 to 1 as the user access was disabled.) 

FYI: If you activate the disabled user, the User Allocations will be updated once the user logs into the Tenant again.
