When the user tries to see his application via AccessPoint the next message is shown:
Access denied! The server (QVS) is currently too busy. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator!
Environment:
QlikView
Checking the system there are no resource issues, other users can work normally with their applications.
User has access to the application on file level (NTFS authorization) or on QlikView level (DMS authorization)
Users can open applications locally via QlikView Desktop Client.
Resolution
The Maximum Number of Concurrent Sessions was set to a too low level.
- Open the QlikView Management Console
- Navigate to Documents
- Open User Documents
- Locate the document which cannot be opened
- Open the Server tab
- Locate Performance
- Locate Sessions
- Verify the following values:
- Maximum Number of Concurrent Sessions
- Maximum Inactive Session Time
- Document Timeout
- If the value is 0, delete the value (or replace it with a realistic value) and click Apply
