NPrinting On Demand Reporting Behavior (Qlik Sense) - View Existing or Generate New

Informational Update:

• From Qlik Sense Nov. 2019 and later versions (and limited number of earlier QS patch versions), the On Demand report button will no longer automatically generate a report

New Behavior:  Whereas previously the extension was tied to a single report,  the updated QS NPrinting On Demand extension now opens a window that shows on-demand report history to access previously generated on-demand reports and gives the user two options to generate a new report:
 

• a Quick Report button - this is similar to how the on-demand extension worked previously -- it is for a single report with a set output format (configured in the extension properties)
• a New Report button -- the user is able to choose from any reports that have been made available to them to run on-demand and they can pick from any of the compatible output formats (e.g. a PowerPoint report can be run as a PPTX or PDF).

Note that it is not possible to revert to the previous behavior which required generation of a report before being able to review the list of historically generated reports. This is by design.
