Qlik Sense, Mobile and Safari: Not able to scroll on tables

Using Qlik Sense September 2019 (server and mobile versions) the user is not able to scroll horizontally or vertically in a straight table using an iPhone and iOS 13.1.3
If users opens the table object in full screen mode he is able to do that.
Testing this with Safari browser, the behavior is the same there as well.
Testing this further with an iPad, we do not get the same results. User is able to scroll as expected both using the native Qlik Sense mobile app and in Safari browser as well.
Cause
Bug: QB-422, in phone mode you should only be able to scroll if you enter full screen mode. So this is Working as Designed.
