The Knowledge Base or the KB is a self-service based application, it allows the user to search and acquire knowledge regarding the different products and services.
This is presented by a highly curated collection of articles and frequently asked questions.

SEARCHING the KB
The recently added or modified articles will be listed in the Articles section (see screenshot below), this allows the user to view the recent articles.
To search for articles, enter your search phrase in the "Search Knowledge" textbox and hit ENTER.
The Knowledge Base's UI allows two Filters to further refine the results:
- Product/Version -- Allows you to filter by Product, for example Replicate and Version, for example 6.2.
- Article Type -- This can be set to "All Article Types", or it can be set to a specific Article type, for example How To articles.
The collection of articles is ever growing, and this means that searching for specific types of articles may be a challenge. For that reason we added some unique keywords that start word the prefix "kb". This prefix ensures uniqueness and allows the user to reach specific articles.
