"Rows to repeat at top" was not saved in generated Excel NPrinting Reports

Symptom of this issue:

• In an Excel template worksheet with nested levels, Rows/Column headers to repeat at top of each excel output 'page' defined by specific print area in the Excel Template is not saved in generated Excel NPrinting Reports

Environments:

• All NPrinting versions from September 2019 and earlier.

 

Steps to reproduce:

• Connect to the Sense app and import the NP report
• edit the template
• go to the second sheet. Go to Page Layout>Print Titles and Select "Sheet" (see the attache image)
• notice that the first 5 rows are set to repeat at top.
• run the preview or launch the report with On-Demand
• Follows the same steps in point 3. on the generated excel report and notice that "rows to repeat at top" has no values

Resolution:

• Please upgrade to NPrinting November 2019 or later release (Please upgrade to the most recent release to leverage all defect repairs, new features and performance enhancements (see all corresponding release notes available with each release for details).
