Join UsQlik Sense only supports Service provider initiated single logout. This means if you log out of Qlik Sense (with the logout button on the hub for instance) then it will log you out of the Identity Provider.
This is documented at the following link: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/Sense_QMC/SAML-single-logout.htm
However if you log out of your identity Provider, it will not log you out of Qlik Sense, to accomplish that the customer would need to send a call to the Qlik Proxy API to end the session when the logout button is clicked on the Identity Provider side.
