NPrinting: Qlik Sense section access not working for non Admin users Sense April 2019

After the upgrade to Qlik Sense 2019 April SR 1 or higher release, section access is not working for non Admin users.

Reports connecting to Qlik Sense apps with Section access are produced only for some Admin users. The report generation fails for all users having different roles in NPrinting. The Engine logs show this error message:

{{ERROR: System.Exception: No valid Sense Certificate found or Unauthorized user in Header 'X-Qlik-User'=UserDirectory=Domain;UserId=Qvservice. ERROR: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.↓↓}}

Sense certificates are OK and al the users are correctly created and authorized by session access in Qlik Sense. All the users can access the App in Sense and see the content.

Environment:

The following conditions must be present for this bug to be visible:

• Sense server version is April 2019 Patch 1 or later
• Sense server has the new license management model using "Professional access allocations" and "Analyzer access allocations"
• The user set as "identity" in the NPrinting connection or as a recipient when using section access
  • Is not Root Admin on Sense
  • Has no access allocation or has a Professional access allocation
