Nprinting tasks hanging or pending. Messaging Service is crashing

Nprinting tasks are stuck hanging or pending. The Messaging Service (RabbitMQ) log files that the service  is crashing

Environment:

NPrinting 17 or higher
NPrinting 18 or higher
NPrinting 19 or higher

• Make sure that antivirus exclusions are in place according to Qlik NPrinting Server and Designer Anti Virus Folder Exclusions
• Recreate the RabbitMQ subfolders according to NPrinting Engine stays offline - RabbitMQ server is not connected
• While the services are stopped, rename the two log files in C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\RabbitMQ\log
• Restart all the services
