Customer does not see the selection to activate System Notifications for mobile devices in Qlik Sense June 2019

Customer wants to activate the native mobile push notifications in June 2019 but do not see a way to activate.

Push notifications to Qlik Sense Mobile

With the June release, Qlik Sense Mobile for iOS and Android introduce support for native mobile push notifications. Administrators can push system notifications to their users from the Qlik Management Console. Notifications can be sent to all users, or to specific subsets of users, and can include a link into a dashboard. System notifications can be useful to inform users about updates to dashboard, or to announce system events.

System notifications and System notification policies features are available only on Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windowsinstallations licensed with a signed key

Per Qlik R&D, this feature needs to be restricted to only customers with signed license keys for technical and security reason.   When an admin sends out notifications, they need to be delivered to users of that particular organization to receive notifications over the internet. We need to be able to reliably identify users against a Qlik Sense  server (so notifications are not delivered to wrong users) and this is only possible in a secure manner with signed license keys.
