A Dimension limit is set in the chart properties, for example to show only the 10 lowest values.
At the same time, in Chart Properties>Presentation the "Suppress Zero-values" option is flagged.
The chart in QlikView does not show all the expected values (10 in this case) but less.Environment
- QlikView 12.20 and higher releases
By design, QlikView and Qlik Sense apply the "Suppress Zero-values" when all the other settings are applied.
It can happen that some of the values selected by the Dimension Limit are zero-values, so they are removed by the Suppress Zero-value option.
The values shown in the chart are the ones selected by the Dimension limit minus the ones removed by the Suppress Zero-values.
Consider if the Suppress Zero-values option is correct in your chart settings, since some of the values you have to keep in consideration can be zeros.
Currently, there is not plan to change the behavior of the Suppress Zero-values option.
