The QlikView AccessPoint becomes unavailable. The QlikView logs only show the service stopping and restarting.
In the Windows Event Logs, this error appears:
"Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards. No user action is required."
The Windows Event Error is usually logged when the whole machine is restarted, and something (often an antivirus software) is locking the registry
1) Make sure that antivirus exclusions are in place according to QlikView Folder And Files To Exclude From Anti-Virus Scanning
2) try to understand what triggered the server's reboot, since it wasn't probably QlikView
