No QlikView dashboard can be opened from the AccessPoint. A new tab is opened and the following error message is displayed "Failed to open document, file not found" 

Impossible to open dashboards in the AccessPoint. A new tab is opened and the following error message is displayed "Failed to open document, file not found" 
The Event logs show errors like:

Error    System: Server - GetDocumentInfo: Failed at create/open document \\FILESERVER\PATH\DASHBOARD.qvw. GLE(Access Denied)    
Error    Shared: CBlobDbImplOpenFile2 - Error when opening  \\FILESERVER\PATH\DASHBOARD.QVW.Shared

Investigation of the Windows Event Logs on the file server show errors like:

1. The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur in VolumeId: \\?\Volume{995bb813-a7e0-11e9-80f7-00505690768f}, DeviceName: \Device\HarddiskVolume7. (The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device.)
2. The default transaction resource manager on volume \\?\Volume{995bb813-a7e0-11e9-80f7-00505690768f} encountered a non-retryable error and could not start.  The data contains the error code.
3. {Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the data for the file . The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
4. Disk 2 has been surprise removed.
