Unable to replace a file using AttachedFiles

When trying to replace an attached file, the script is duplicated and automatically runs, thus duplicating numbers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open QVF
2. Go to DLE 
3. Click "Attached Files"
4. Drag and drop existing XLSX file
5. Click Replace
6. Cancel Script
7. Click Replace again

Expected result: Script would not be duplicated

Actual result: Another Auto-generated script is created which is ran automatically, thus duplicating numbers.
