Unable to load certain Salesforce objects

Certain Salesforce objects (for example Recommendation) do not appear in the list when selecting data to load with Qlik Salesforce connector. The same objects do show up in another Salesforce client, such as Salesforce Workbench.
When loading the object without using the Select data wizard, reload fails with the following error:

sobject type 'Recommendation' is not supported. If you are attempting to use a custom object, be sure to append the '__c' after the entity name. please reference your wsdl or the describe call for the appropriate names. 

The object may requires a newer version of Salesforce API than the default version used by Qlik Salesforce Connector

Environment:

• Salesforce connector up to version 14.8.1 

Check Salesforce API documentation (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api.meta/api/sforce_api_objects_list.htm) to see which version of API the object is available on. For example, object Recommendation in the picture above requires Salesforce API version 45.0 and later (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api.meta/api/sforce_api_objects_recommendation.htm), while Qlik Salesforce connector supports only up to Salesforce API version 35.0 (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/connectors/Subsystems/Salesforce_Connector_help/Content/Connectors_Salesforce/Introduction/Salesforce-connector.htm#anchor-4).

If a higher API version is required to load the object, modify the URL parameter of the connector accordingly. For example https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/45.0 (or https://test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/45.0 for Salesforce QA).
