Qlik Sense: Section access inconsistent with users that have the same visibility

When a user, say UserA, selects an element of some dimensions (eg ‘edit turnover’) Qlik sense will not always show the selected element and the API of field selection doesn’t trigger. If another user, with different section access scope, say UserB, selects the same element as UserA, for which they have the same visibility, the element is shown correctly in the selection bar and the API of the field selected triggers.

R&D have fixed the issue in Qlik Sense versions November 2018 Patch 4 and February 2019.
