Cmd line reload doesn't work in QV 12.40 with "Save before Reload"

Environment: Qlikview Desktop 12.40 SR1
Command line reload "C:\qlikview\qv.exe /r C:\qlikview\example\file.qvw" doesn't work if QV document has Settings - User Preferences - Save -> Save before reload enabled
Worked in 12.30, doesn't work in 12.40
Resolution
This behavior is caused by product defect ID QV-18082, found in QlikView 12.40 SR1.
As of the current version (Qlikview 12.40 SR1), the issue is still under investigation by R&D.
