NPrinting 18 - can the service account used for the server and engine be set without local rights? Additional information.

Due to security compliance, a requirement may be to  run  NPrinting 18 Server without local Administration rights for the Service Account.

Therefore you would like to know the exact service/directory rights the account needs, so the product works correctly.

Our R&D has provided with the following information: 

"Unfortunatelly we can't provide the full list of the required permissions for non-administrator users since this scenario hasn't been tested. For sure the Scheduler needs to have the permission to read and write to the file system (%ProgramData%\NPrinting, %ProgramFiles%\NPrintingService, %tmp%) to access to the local computer certificates store, run as service user, open sockets on network and others. The engine is more complex since it also opens _QlikView_ instances."
