Qlik Sense April 2019: Distribution Plot not rendering correctly when using interval format

In Qlik Sense April 2019, when creating a distribution plot using interval formatting (hh:mm:ss), nothing is displayed. This was working in Qlik Sense February 2019. 

Example.

use attached QVF

• Open the qvf using February 2019 == > 2 objects are displayed
• Open the same qvf using April 2019 == > only the object on right side is displayed. This behavior is also observed using  June 2019 technical preview (desktop) 

In the application QVF, the only difference between the object on left vs object on right is that, the left object is formatted using hh:mm:ss and the right object as Date (ex 17/02/2014)
