Description:
- After using NPrinting for quite some time, we only recently noticed the following error when simply attempted to import an NPrinting report template:
- Something Went Wrong With The Current Operation
- We used the developer tools in chrome and also found the following error
Resolution:
- Add disk space to the NPrinting Server
- Perform disk space maintenance using disk space cleaning utilities
- Clear the NPrinting service account and all other user account 'temp' folders on the server. If multiple users are working on the server you should clear out temp folders for all other users as well
For example: "c:\Users\UserAccount\appdata\local\temp"
Cause:
- Disk space on the NPrinting server is fully consumed
