Security Rules or new Stream availability don't take effect on Rim Nodes until they are restarted

After creating a new security rule or applying changes to stream permissions as well as creating a new stream, these changes may not take immediate effect on all nodes.

Example: A new stream was created. However, users are only able to access the stream from the central node and not the rim nodes. 

Environment:

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

Resolution:

Generally, security rule changes are expected to apply across all nodes immediately. However, Qlik is investigating a possible issue affecting specific environments.

If changes do not apply correctly, restart the Qlik Sense rim nodes.
