Qlik Sense Resource Distribution Service does not follow Windows schannel configuration

Windows Server schannel configuration is hardened to only allow TLS 1.2.
Qlik Sense Resource Distribution Service (RDS) port still allows negotiation to TLS 1.0. This can be listed as a potential vulnerability in security audits.
Default port for Resource Distribution Service is 21060.
Cause
Resource Distribution Service (RDS) handles syncing of resources between deployments in a multi-cloud deployments. The required port is only used internally on the server, and should therefore be blocked in server firewall.
Resolution
This behaviour is resolved in Qlik Sense June 2019. See the June 2019 Release Notes for details on QLIK-95374. The fix allows the service to pick up Windows TLS settings. This resolves issues where TLS 1.0 was disabled but service was still enabled to use it.
