If "Allow only one copy of document in memory" is unchecked. No documents on the QVS will be unloaded
Since documents is never unloaded this might lead to memory exhaustion on the server.
You will see warnings in the QlikView event logs like

Warning WorkingSet: Virtual Memory is growing CRITICALLY beyond parameter
Environment:
QlikView , November and April releases, (12.30 and 12.40)
Cause:
This has been reported as a product defect for QlikView November 2018 (12.30) and QlikView April 2019 (12.40)
Normally documents gets unloaded from memory when all sessions have timed out and the document timeout has passed.
But if "Allow only one copy of document in memory" this never happens and all documents that are opened on the server stays in memory.

Fixed in April 2020 release.
You can check the box "Allow only one copy of document in memory" to fix the issue, but this might cause Open document to behave differently when reloaded.
