In Qlik Sense April 2019 when navigating through Sheets in the Sheet Overview the Sheets does not stay in Edit Mode (if Edit Mode is enabled). Usually the issue looks like that:
- Open first sheet in Edit mode.
- Once in Edit mode navigate to the second Sheet using the dropdown navigation sheet overview
- Next sheet opens in View mode only.

Resolution
Downgrade to Qlik Sense February 2019 or upgrade to the next release after Qlik Sense April 2019.
