Join UsRe-Set permissions on the log folders that the service account must have guaranteed full control on.
Navigate to each folder listed one at a time ...
Right click (R-Click) on each folder below and select -> Properties -> Security Tab -> (highlight administrators) Advanced -> Bottom Left select (change permissions/enable inheritance) -> Check "Replace all child object permission entries from this object" -> Apply
C:\Program Files\Common Files\ R-Click on Qlik folder
C:\Program Files\ R-Click on Qlik folder
C:\ProgramData\ R-Click on Qlik folder
x:\QlikShareFolder R-Click on Qlik folder
Do this on all nodes.
Not all folders will appear on RIMS.
NOTE: this can be performed on any folder where you believe the Service Account should have full permissions
