Join UsBefore Feb version, we pre-loaded the connectors. This was causing problems because it blocked the engine and stopped users from using the Sheet view.
In February we don't load the connectors until you attempt to use one - such as dropping a file.
When a drag and drop occurs we kick off the logic to load up the connectors. Under normal circumstances this usually takes a second or two and isn't really something that a user would notice.
This could be related to the server being offline (no access to Internet).
Only if you aren't using the connectors they could be removed and the drag and drop will be faster.
To do it, you need to go to the Central server and the Nodes servers as well, and you go here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qlik\Custom Data
You can move this folder (Custom Data) out of there, and then restart the Engine service in all servers.
