Installation order for NPrinting components

Having downloaded several installers for NPrinting (Designer, On-Demand, Engine and Server) which order should be followed?
Environment:
NPrinting 17 or higher
Resolution
As stated on the help site: "You must install the Qlik NPrinting Server, before you install the Qlik NPrinting Engine"
The other components can be installed after that in no particular order.
