In some case, we found out that the end customer was using QlikView Desktop client under the NPrinting service account for other purposes than report-generation, in order to take advantage of the assigned named CAL and leased license.
As stated in the help site, the NPrinting service account should "only be used to run Qlik NPrinting 17 and newer services". Anything else might result in conflicts.
